We introduce new hinges for PVC doors. Our new offer now includes also EXL 2-wing and 3-ing hinges.
Both hinges are designed for PVC doors, the well-known classic AXL and the new EXL.
They differ only in the wing mounted to the door leaf
and the cover masking the wing.
Such a difference results from the production technology, namely the standard AXL has a stamped cover, while in the new EXL hinge the cover is cast. The shape of the wing and the masking cover is slightly different, but at first glance the difference is almost invisible.It is also important to note that the profile tooling, i.e. drilling for the hinges and the adjustment of the hinges, remains the same as in the case of AXL.
Important information !
This applies to both AXL and EXL hinges.
The range of available hinge variants is extended with a new 17mm upstand.
Another novelty in this group of products is the possibility to choose a hinge with a stainless or galvanised pin.
