Access control systems are a functional element that replaces the door keys. The fingerprint reader is the most convenient because it requires the least from the user. You do not need to remember the keypad code, you do not need to carry a transponder for the RFID reader, all you need is a finger that you always have with you.
WALA is expanding its offer with another biometric fingerprint reader, which, mounted in the holder, captivates with its design. Ekey dLine is the essence of perfect symmetrical minimalism. It has a 4-segment LED ring that effectively communicates the work stage. You can adjust the brightness of the backlight or turn it off completely.
The most convenient option for mounting the reader is placing it in the holder. Thanks to this, with one hand movement, we unlock the door with a fingerprint and we can open it immediately. Ekey dLine allows you to save 20 fingerprint patterns as standard, and up to 100 in the extended version. You can assign various functions to different fingers, such asopening the door - with your index finger, opening and closing the gate - with your thumb, and switching the lighting on and off with your ring finger, or otherwise according to of your own needs. All these functions can be operated from one device.
The Ekey dLine fingerprint reader is compatible with Smart Home systems, also with Amazon Alexa, which allows us to open the door in another room. The Ekey Bionyx application is very intuitively designed and has many useful functions, such as a PUSH notification when the door is opened, e.g. when the children have returned home. It allows you to create access schedules, e.g. cleaning lady on Thursdays from 10am to 2pm. The application works in 2 modes: LOCAL by connecting via Bluetooth when we are nearby or COMFORT when connected via WI-FI, which allows us, while still at work, to open the door of the aunt who came a little earlier.
